Terms & Conditions

  1. The existing customer who refers a prospective customer/s is hereinafter referred to as Referrer and such prospective customer/s is referred as Referral.
  2. Under this scheme, existing customers can refer any person except self or immediate family members (spouse, siblings, children, parents) who wishes to avail of a business loan. No reward shall be applicable for referring Self or immediate family members.
  3. The referral scheme is not applicable for the referrals received from Indifi and its subsidiary company and their immediate family members.
  4. Application under process with Indifi before the referral is received from customer shall not be eligible for any benefits in this scheme. The referrer will also not be eligible for rewards in this case.
  5. If the same customer is referred by more than one referrer, the first one to make the referral will be entitled for the reward. In the event of dispute, Indifi shall reserve the right to decide the decision shall be final and binding on the Referrer.
  6. There is no limit on the number of Referrals that a referrer can make under this scheme.
  7. All loans will be at the sole and absolute discretion of the Lenders.
  8. For a successful referral, the Referral should have used Referrer’s referral code while applying for Indifi business loan.
Terms and conditions for the Reward
  1. Under the scheme, upon successful disbursal of Loan to a referral, the referrer will be eligible for a Reward that will be shown in the promotional materials or as communicated to the Customer from Indifi.
  2. Referrer will only be eligible for rewards if the loan is disbursed to the referral within 2 months of receiving the referral.
  3. In cases where any referral applies for a loan through another channel or through any other medium apart from the link which contains the referrer’s code, the referrer will not be eligible for rewards.
  4. Reward amount shall be released to the referrer within 60 days of disbursement to the referral.
  5. The referrer will be responsible for the accuracy of the information provided to Indifi.
  6. Indifi Loan ID is mandatory for payment for the reward.
  7. All payments will be subject to service tax and other laws applicable at the time of making the payment & calculations.
  8. The referrer will not be eligible for rewards for referral applications received after 2 months from the date of referral.
  9. The Referrer is required to provide the bank account details for the Reward to be credited into such bank account.
  10. Indifi will not process any Reward without the required Permanent Account Number details of the Referrer.
  11. All Rewards are subject to the completeness and authenticity of information provided in the Referral Form by the Referrer.
  12. In the event it is found that the Referrer has violated any of these terms and conditions of the scheme and/or engaged in any illegal or wrongful acts under applicable laws and regulations for generating successful disbursal, then Indifi shall be at liberty to initiate such action as it may deem fit.
  13. Indifi reserves the right, at any time to modify / amend/ withdraw, wholly or in part, any of the terms and conditions of this scheme without prior notice and without assigning any reason thereof and the same shall be binding on the Referrer at all times.
  14. These terms and conditions shall be governed by the Indian Laws. All disputes arising under this scheme shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts at Delhi.
Additional Undertakings from the Referrer
  1. The Referrer undertakes that he/she has obtained the consent to refer and share the Referral's contact details with Indifi under this scheme.
  2. The Referrer agrees and undertakes that he/she shall be solely responsible to Indifi for any losses or claims that may be occasioned by Indifi, in the event the above declaration and undertaking is found to be false or incorrect.
  3. The Referrer undertakes that he/she shall not refer any person/s who are not known to him/her.
  4. The Referrer understands and agrees that Indifi will contact the Referral under this scheme. This will over ride any Do Not Disturb (DND) registry or National Customer Preference Register (NCPR) that the Referral may have registered for.
  5. By participating in this scheme, the Referrer represents that he/she is authorized and competent to refer the Referral to Indifi under this scheme.
