MSMEs stand for micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises. A microenterprise is one with a capital investment in plant, machinery, and equipment of less than one crore and a turnover of fewer than five crores. Guide on Udyam Registration Home Page and Registration process

You’ll see the portal’s main page if you go to https://udyamregistration.gov.in/. The home page offers a link to “Udyam Registration,” which allows new entrepreneurs who are not yet registered as MSME to register, as well as those who are already registered as EM-II or UAM, to re-register.

The first tab on the main page is NIC Code, which opens a new tab with a PDF file. The PDF refers to the “National Industrial Classification (All Economic Activities),” which was issued in 2008 by the Central Statistical Organization, Ministry of Statistics, and Programme Implementation. It includes all of the data from the National Industrial Classification (NIC). The National Indicator Code (NIC) is a statistical standard used to maintain and construct an economic activity comparison database.

The “Site Highlights” option displays the site’s highlights. Because the site is fully integrated with government systems, registration occurs without the need for any paper, evidence, or document. GeM, the Government e-Marketplace, the Central Public Procurement Portal (CPPP), and a number of other State Government portals are linked to the portal. This site provides MSMEs access to their Market Place, e-Tendering method, and other benefits and services.
