# Fraud Disclaimer - Indifi Technologies

> Indifi Technologies Pvt. Ltd. warns the public about fraudulent entities impersonating Indifi to collect advance fees or personal information. Indifi never charges upfront fees before loan disbursal.

## Important Warning

Indifi or its authorized representatives will NEVER:
- Ask for advance payment, registration fees, processing charges, or insurance fees before loan approval
- Solicit sensitive personal or banking information via WhatsApp, unofficial email IDs, or phone calls from unverified numbers
- Guarantee loan approval in exchange for payment
- Request payment to personal accounts

## How Fraudsters Operate

- Impersonate Indifi using fake websites, fake email IDs, and spoofed phone numbers
- Claim to be Indifi agents and ask for advance "processing fees"
- Create urgency by claiming a loan is approved pending fee payment
- Use Indifi's brand name and logo in fraudulent communications

- Loan applications are processed through the official website portal only

## What to Do If You Have Been Defrauded

1. File a cybercrime complaint at **https://cybercrime.gov.in**
2. Report to your local police station
3. Inform your bank immediately to block unauthorized transactions
4. Report to Indifi at: support@indifi.com
